Returns & Exchanges

We want every piece to feel like yours. If it does not, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Pieces must be unworn, in original condition, with the pouch and packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings can be exchanged only if the seal is intact.
• Sale items are exchangeable but not refundable.

How to request

Go to Track your order, open your order and choose Request a return or exchange. We will confirm by email within two business days and arrange collection where available.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the piece.
